Reality Shows

I will admit it I do watch reality shows but at the end of the day i feel like it is a disgrace. Especially to women. Shows like The Bad Girls Club, Atlanta Housewives, Love & Hip Hop and etc. Nevertheless, I name these shows because these shows degrade women. Bad Girls Club for an example, all women do on that show is fight, drink, and pretty much degrade themselves. Their should be positive shows on television for young girls to look at. Not shows that you have to be a size zero, wear lots of make-up and even get plastic surgery done to fit in. Shows that show girls it is okay to be who you are. especially to be individuals and not part of the in crowd.

Controversy over what Rick Ross said about Molly in his song

Recently Rick Ross has been under controversy because in his new song about putting molly all her champagne, she ain't even know it/ i took her home and I enjoyed that/ she ain't even now it. lyrics from U.O.E.N.O. In my opinion yes that line does sound like a he slipped her a date rape drug. But, he is not the first rapper to rap about things like this. Rappers, singers, and etc having been singer or rapping about inappropriate things for years. However, as consumers we still by their music. They degrade women all the time by calling us out our name. And yet we still by their music and holler out that's my song. So, again, Why should this line be any different. Confused on why people stand up for somethings and not others. shaking my head.

The Movie Mama

The movie Mama started off good with hair raising scenes from the beginning to middle. When the movie hit the end the thrill did as well. Overall, the movie wasn't a waste to see and I wouldn't mind seeing it a good. However, it will either be on bootleg or dvd....
